Orders placed by phone or email are followed up personally before anything is finalized.

• Confirm pricing, availability, and scheduling for a pickup or shipment
• Process, fulfill, and ship an order placed through our online checkout

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, other than sharing what's necessary with Stripe to process an online payment and with shipping carriers to deliver your order.

Information submitted through our forms is stored in a secured database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure and is accessible only to the owners of Goldenbee MALAJ Jewelry LLC.
